Role: Office Administrator (Part time)
Basic/Moderate proficiency in the following is required: Microsoft Windows (as a user), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), and the Internet (for research and other tasks).
We’re happy to help with training on many things, though experience and/or training in any of the following is desired: Bookkeeping, QuickBooks Pro, Office Administration, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Processing (and related benefits and tax filings), Benefits Research & Tracking, Office Equipment use and maintenance, Filing Systems, Document Management software, Business Tax and filing compliance, Customer Service/Relations, Marketing, Phone Operator, as well as others. Exposure to ERP / other Business Software Systems is a plus.
Hours: This is a part time position.
