Before & After DDX

Document Archiving software really can have an impact. And, it’s always great to hear you’re making a difference for the better. So when I bumped into the CFO from one of our great Dash customers at a recent conference, it was nice when he told me that they’ve been able to do away with all but one of their file cabinets all because of DASH DDX Document Management software. He says he’s not sure what they are going to do with the extra space, but thought it would make a nice space for a table to use during company luncheons and celebrations. Glad to help 😉

PS: He also tells me that as a result of using DASH’s DDX, “…we were able to cut our paper usage by 75% just with the plant paperless project.”  …Impressive!!

After: This is the same space, but the file cabinets are almost all gone since they started using the Dash DDX Document Archiving system. The user says “We have not removed the second to last file cabinet so I opened the drawers to show they were empty too. We’re down to 1!”
