DASH continues to gather feedback and create customer-driven solutions. We might not be perfect (but what software provider is right?!) but we’re going to strive daily to get as close as we can. To improve our customer satisfaction even further, we are now offering custom plug-ins.

Here’s how it got started.

If we find out during the discovery process that you have an involved AP process or custom flow to your data across your ERP to finish an invoice, we can work with you to design the AP Robot™ accordingly. This creates enormous flexibility in the capabilities the robot offers.

If you had that thought…. “I’m not sure DASH can handle our ________________” (fill in the unique process) think again. We’ve recently worked with a plastics company that came to us with a special idea wondering if the AP Robot™ could handle it, and we created a custom plug-in to do just that. We injected some custom logic, and it created an even more valuable tool. Their team is THRILLED! Everyone wins.
